Apimaye Insulated 7-Frame Deep Langstroth Super with Assembled PRO Frames
Product description
Insulated 7-frame Langstroth deep super designed to mate with Apimaye 7-frame NUC hives. Built to provide thermal protection through cold snaps and to limit internal moisture accumulation, it helps colonies survive winter using less stored honey and encourages faster buildup in spring.
Delivered fully assembled with integrated latches and molded handles for simple stacking, lifting, inspection, and transport. No painting required — open, feed, or inspect the colony with minimal fuss.
Constructed from durable, food-grade plastic that resists rot and stands up to impacts. The smooth surfaces make clean-up quick and prevent the decay issues common to wooden equipment.
This deep super accepts seven plastic PRO frames supplied with the unit. Frames are designed to snap together for quick installation and compatible with Premier double wax-coated foundation for immediate brood and comb drawing.
Dimensions follow Langstroth deep sizing for 7-frame nuc compatibility. The box locks to the matching 7-frame base and to the matching top, creating a secure stack when transporting or expanding the colony.
Intended for hobbyists through professionals who prefer low-maintenance, long-lasting equipment that reduces winter mortality and simplifies routine hive work.

Worth the investment for winter survival
They cost more than wood, but the box keeps my colonies comfortable and well ventilated. Lighter and easier to store, it lasts longer than my old wooden equipment. My bees in these hives wintered far better than those in the wooden boxes.

Sturdy, transport-friendly honey super
Includes seven snap-together frames (no loose wax sheets) and four adjustable entrances. Clips to the 7-frame nuc and top for secure transport and added protection compared with wood. Not claiming bear-proof, but much tougher than wooden boxes; insulated and easy to access.
