What’s included: the jacket, a removable fencing veil made from fire-retardant mesh, and a pair of matching bee gloves. The design also features multiple pockets suitable for small tools and accessories.
Materials and hardware: constructed from 100% cotton canvas for durability and breathability. The veil uses fine, safety-rated mesh for face protection and visibility. Heavy-duty brass zippers are fitted throughout, and seam flaps with Velcro provide an added barrier against intruders. Elastic thumb straps and cuff elastics help keep sleeves secured while working.
Fit and sizing: offered in XL (and other sizes), the jacket suits hive inspections, installations and general apiary tasks. The waist has an adjustable elastic/Velcro closure to help seal the midsection, and there are sleeve loops to anchor gloves. For alternate coverage, the fencing veil is detachable and the jacket accepts a replacement round hood if a different headpiece is preferred.
Comfort and use: the 100% cotton fabric promotes airflow to reduce overheating during long sessions. The fencing-style hood gives a roomy front field of vision but may rest close to the face for some users; spacing accessories can be added. Perfect for hot-weather beekeepers
Lighter canvas but still protective—breathes much better than my full suit so I’m not drenched in sweat. Smooth zippers, a hanger loop at the back, and sleeve loops to anchor gloves. Gloves were accidentally omitted from my order, but support responded quickly and sent them right away.

Top-notch protection
This jacket stops stings and fits well. Plenty of visibility and strong materials. Zippers work smoothly and the jacket breathes reasonably even in humid conditions. It tends to run a bit small—recommend ordering a size larger than usual.

Solid jacket with a few caveats
Good quality for the price. The cotton is thick and sting‑resistant but gets hot quickly. The fencing veil has ample space in front but can fall back and rest on the head—would prefer a foam spacer. No long tool pocket, so I pick tools up off the ground often. Zipper pull is on the right side as expected.

Good value; so far sting-free
Replaced an old, damaged jacket and this one is a great bargain. Zippers aren’t as fancy as some premium brands (no big rings for gloved use), but they perform fine. I can’t judge long-term wear yet, but initial impressions are positive and I’d recommend it.

Outperforms well-known brands
My first bee suit and it impressed me. Used it during a hive install on a hot day with upset bees and it kept them out—no stings inside. The waist relies on elastic and Velcro, so I tuck it into my jeans for extra security. Comfortable and well made overall. The fencing veil limits peripheral vision a bit and sometimes presses toward my face, causing some rubbing on my nose.

Nice jacket and fast customer support
I live in a hot climate and appreciate the lighter weight. Zippers meet snugly and Velcro flaps add protection. I sized up for extra clearance and it’s ideal. Had an issue with a wrist elastic on day one; contacted the seller and received a replacement within a week—very responsive service.
