VIVAGLORY Waterproof Dog Raincoat — Small, Bright Yellow

Product description

This dog raincoat comes as a single protective jacket designed to shield pets from light to moderate rain and snow. Constructed from 100% polyester outer fabric with a breathable inner lining, it’s lightweight yet sturdy for repeated outdoor use.

Features include a foldable hood with an adjustable elastic cap buckle and snap buttons so you can secure or tuck the hood back when not needed. The coat is intended to serve as a raincoat, windbreaker, lightweight jacket and visibility vest in one.

Safety details include wide reflective strips and bright color options to improve visibility in low light. A two-way zipper opening on the back provides access to a collar or harness ring while a flap prevents the zipper from rubbing the dog’s skin.

Fit is customized with an adjustable belly strap and neck fasteners to get a snug fit on most dogs; the design is meant to allow normal movement during walks. Before purchasing, measure your dog’s chest girth and back length and compare with the size chart to choose the right size.

Care is simple: handwash or machine wash are both acceptable. The coat is quick to put on and remove, making it handy after trips to parks, beaches, trails or camping. If you have questions about sizing, contact customer support for assistance.

Pros

  • Water-repellent polyester with breathable lining
  • Back zipper access for leash/harness use
  • High-visibility colors and wide reflective trim

Cons

  • Hood can be small for some dogs
  • Sizing may require careful measuring
  • Neck tab might be short on certain builds

VerdictA practical, well-made raincoat that keeps small dogs dry while allowing harness access and maintaining visibility. Its adjustable hood and belly strap make it versatile for many body shapes; sizing can require careful measuring for in-between dogs.

  1. J. Link 5/5

    Follow the size chart

Well made and bright orange. We used the size chart and it fit our chiweenie except for about an inch of exposed rear due to her long body. Still attractive and functional.

  2. durangojane 5/5

True to size for my Maltese

Extra small suited my 9.5 lb Maltese—light but sturdy, completely waterproof. The green is vivid. True to size for our pup.

  3. Jürgen 5/5

    Fits perfectly

Everything went smoothly and it fits perfectly.

  4. S. Rhodes 4/5

    Good fit, hood needs work

My beagle stays dry and can move freely. I like the back zipper for the harness. Hood is too small and won’t stay up, so 4 stars but still recommended.

  5. Mari.S 5/5

She actually tolerates the rain now

Nice for the price and fits my long-bodied Chiweenie fairly well. Hood can cover her eyes and neck tab could be longer, but it keeps most of her dry and fits over her harness.

  6. K.Milby 5/5

Keeps him dry in medium rain

Fits my 9 lb Fourche mix with a 16" chest. Easy to put on, well made, keeps his body and little head dry in medium rain. Cute and functional.

  7. Isabella 3/5

    Great features but tricky sizing

Leash opening is perfect and very practical; material and reflectors are solid and the hood clip helps. For my 15 lb dog the small was tight and the medium too loose—sizing could be improved.

  8. malatesta roberto 5/5

    Great for my Labrador

Bought for my Labrador—snug, easy to put on and stays in place. First raincoat that doesn’t slip off.

  9. Samantha 5/5

    Solid design for harnessed dogs

Simple Velcro closures, thick-feeling fabric and a wide reflective strip. Zipper access works with harnesses set back—almost ideal for our Ruffwear harnesses. Durable and easy on/off. Both dogs wear Large (~43–46 lbs).

  10. Cinzia Claudia La Terra 5/5

    Well made

Good craftsmanship and neat finishing. I returned the XXL because it was too big, but the coat deserved five stars.

  11. Olga 4/5

    Nice but size carefully

Comfortable and good quality. Be careful with measurements—the size chart wasn’t exact for my Jack, M was too large and I should have ordered one size down.

  12. The crazy bunny lady 5/5

I buy these for many dogs

Bought in several sizes for dogs I work with. Zippers suit different harness positions, the netting prevents flapping, and bright colors are highly visible. Dries quickly and good value.

  13. reglisse 3/5

    Runs small

This runs small—I returned it and ordered a larger size. A bit of a shame.
