Series 3 3010s Rechargeable Wet/Dry Electric Shaver for Men
Product description
Includes the Series 3 3010s foil shaver, a protective cap and a smart plug that automatically adjusts for 100–240 V. The shaving system uses three pressure-sensitive elements: a central trimmer flanked by twin SensoFoil cutters that shield skin from the ultra-sharp blades while capturing both long and short hairs. The head is deliberately slim to reach under the nose and other tight spots. Construction allows full rinsing under water and the unit is rated for full wet/dry use.
This cordless electric razor is powered by two NiMH batteries that reach a full charge in about an hour for roughly 30 minutes of run time, and a five-minute quick charge gives enough power for one shave. The shaver works with water, foam or gel and is designed for easy cleaning and versatile grooming. Manufactured in Germany, the Series 3 3010s emphasizes practical durability and is supplied with a 100-day satisfaction guarantee.
Pros
- Comfortable, close shave with flexible cutters
- Fully washable and usable wet or dry
- Fast 5-minute quick-charge for one shave
Cons
- Can struggle with very thick or coarse beards
- NiMH batteries, not Li‑ion
- Not the closest finish compared to premium models
VerdictA dependable, entry-level foil shaver that balances close cutting and skin comfort. The triple-element head with a middle trimmer and protective twin foils adapts well to facial contours. Fully washable and usable in the shower, it offers practical quick-charge battery convenience for travel or last-minute touch-ups. Best for light-to-medium beards; those with very coarse stubble may find it less

Pleasant surprise for a wet-shaver
I’ve always wet-shaved and switched because of blade costs. This razor is easy to use, shower-safe, and a sensible low-cost way to try electric shaving. My beard is light, so results may vary.

Close shaves, battery holds up
First non-rotary shaver for me and it does a fairly close job. Battery life seems consistent between charges — overall satisfied.

Longtime Braun user — still impressed
Cheaper than replacing parts on a higher model and performs reliably. First Braun I owned decades ago; the brand’s durability and closeness remain strong.

Works, but not extremely close
A decent shaver overall, but it doesn't achieve the closest possible finish.

Snags coarse hairs; modern cord is fine
It can catch thicker beard hairs, so performance depends on hair type — my partner loves it though. Complaints about the power lead miss that the simple two-pin-to-USB arrangement is easy to replace and works with common chargers, unlike older proprietary cords.

Took time to adapt, now works well
After years of disposable razor use I was initially disappointed by results and some irritation. After reading tips and practicing for a couple weeks I learned the right technique and now it's part of my routine. I use it most weekdays for short stubble; if you skip days the hairs get longer and it’s less effective. A light skin‑friendly oil before shaving helped reduce tugging. Give it 2–3 weeks of use before deciding.
