GEARWRENCH 30-Piece Ratcheting Combination Wrench Set (SAE/Metric)
Product description
The GEARWRENCH ratcheting combination wrench set is a 30-piece collection that pairs standard SAE and metric sizes in one kit. Each wrench combines a ratcheting box end with an open end for fast setup and finish work. The patented ratcheting box end is engineered to operate with very little swing—requiring as little as 5° of movement compared with about 30° for a non-ratcheting box end—making it useful in confined locations.
Design features include an off-corner loading profile on the box end to improve teeth engagement and reduce rounding of fasteners. The heads and beams are made thin to gain access in tight spaces, and sizes are stamped on both ends of the beam for rapid identification. Wrenches are manufactured from alloy steel and finished with a bright, full-polish chrome plating for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
This kit is available in multiple length and style options across the brand, but this particular set contains the following sizes. SAE: 1/4, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, 1. Metric: 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 24mm. The combination of sizes and the compact head design make the set suitable for general maintenance, automotive work, and mechanics who need both SAE and metric coverage.

VerdictThis 30-piece GEARWRENCH set delivers a robust, versatile array of ratcheting combination wrenches for workshop and field use. Feels worth it, but holders are poor
Haven't put them through heavy work yet, but they feel like a solid set. The racks/hangers, however, are junk.

Dependable tools and solid support
I've relied on this brand for years. Their customer support replaced a part quickly. Only issue: the holder lets wrenches slide side-to-side.
