The MultiQuick 7 is built around a 500‑watt power unit and an ergonomic handle designed for single‑handed operation. Instead of fixed speed settings, its Easy SmartSpeed trigger lets you vary power by how firmly you squeeze, so you can go from gentle stirring to full power without changing controls.
At the heart of the blending performance is ACTIVEBlade technology: a flexible shaft that allows the blade to move up and down during operation, increasing the active cutting area and producing creamier, more even textures. Braun also uses the patented PowerBell Plus head with an extra milling blade to cut more per rotation, which helps when processing thicker ingredients.
The bell‑shaped blending head reduces suction and, paired with SplashControl design, keeps splatter to a minimum so blending straight in pots, pans or bowls is cleaner and easier. Stainless steel blades and robust construction are intended for long service and efficient cutting.
This kit arrives with the ACTIVEBlade blending wand, a whisk attachment, a blending beaker and a two‑cup chopper attachment. The EasyClick Plus accessory system makes separating and attaching tools quick; most attachments are removable for rinsing or dishwasher use, simplifying cleanup and storage.

Performance is excellent for shakes and frozen fruit. My only complaint is the soft plastic mixing cup, which scratches and is harder to sanitize—I replaced it with a more durable steel container.
