42-Inch Leg Lifter Strap for Hip & Knee Recovery
Product description
Manufacturer warranty and support: this product comes with a 365-day unconditional guarantee and access to a dedicated after-sales team for inspection and help after purchase.
Length and purpose: the strap measures 42 inches and is made to assist users in moving a leg while climbing into or out of beds, chairs, wheelchairs, and cars. It’s intended to increase independence during recovery from surgeries such as hip or knee replacement and to aid people with limited leg strength or arthritis.
Design and materials: the leg lifter includes a triangular foot loop and several hand grips along the strap. A reinforced tubular section with an aluminum rod inside is placed at the foot-loop area to provide added support and a more stable feel when lifting.
How to use: slide the foot into the triangular foot loop; hold the top hand grip to begin raising the leg; use the additional side grips to adjust leverage and comfort; lift the leg smoothly to the desired position.
Portability and storage: ready to use straight from the package, the strap requires little force to operate and can be bent for compact storage in a bag or box, making it convenient for travel or transport.
Pros
- Long 42" reach for most adults
- Reinforced foot loop with internal aluminum rod
- Multiple hand grips for varied leverage
Cons
- Some users may find it flexes under load
- Foot loop can be fiddly for certain feet
- Wrong model delivery reported by a few buyers
VerdictA long, supportive leg lifting aid intended for post-op and limited-mobility use. The 42" length gives good reach for most adults, the reinforced foot loop and multiple hand grips make positioning simple, and a tubular section with an internal aluminum rod adds firmness. Portable and easy to tuck away, this is a practical option for many recovering from hip or knee procedures.

Works well for hip replacement use
After my hip replacement it helped swing the affected leg onto and off the bed. I used it daily for the first month and found the stirrup easy to use. I'm 5'11" and 42" was perfect. Would recommend after a posterior THR.

Absolutely vital after knee surgery
I wouldn't have managed my total knee replacement recovery without this. A month later I still use it to get into and out of my truck. Helpful during PT and at-home exercises. If you're having knee replacement, this is a must-have.

Well suited for TKR rehab
Bought this after my June TKR. It works well to move my leg and do exercises. I like that it can be bent to shape but stays firm when I need it to.

Not as rigid as expected
They advertise it as rigid but it still flexes. It wobbles when I try to slip my foot into the loop. I prefer a truly stiff long strap from handle to foot loop.

Helpful for tendon surgery recovery
My husband used it every day for 4–6 weeks after his quadriceps tendon repair. It was incredibly helpful and we'd buy it again if needed.

Acceptable but not perfect
Not quite as simple as it sounded, but overall a decent product.

Sturdier than hospital kit
This is much firmer than the flimsy one that came with my kit. It makes slipping the foot in easier and the multiple handholds are helpful for different heights. I recommend it.

Received wrong style, painful to use
I got a different unit — black with blue handles and a poorly angled bottom. I can't use it without causing more hip and knee pain. Very disappointing.
