Sunrise Alarm Clock & Sound Machine — Wake Light (White)
Product description
What’s in the box: the wake-light alarm clock, a USB power cable, and a quick-start guide. The unit is built with a matte ABS housing and a soft, diffusing lens for the light, and it sits compactly on a nightstand so it won’t dominate bedside space.
Sunrise simulation: the lamp brightens gradually over an adjustable window from 5 to 60 minutes before your set alarm, intended to align with circadian cues and ease you into waking. You can set three different wake modes: combined light and sound, light-only, or sound-only.
Sound options: choose from 25 included audio presets spanning white, pink, brown, and blue noise and a selection of natural ambiences such as rain, waves, and birdsong. A sleep timer lets those sounds fade out after your chosen interval to help you fall asleep.
Bluetooth and speaker: stream music, podcasts, or audiobooks via Bluetooth to the integrated 5W stereo speaker. The speaker is tuned for clear mid-range performance suitable for bedside listening.
Lighting and clock display: the digital time display is dimmable across a 0–100% range so it won’t disturb sleep; the night light offers 12 color options, including a warm sunset tone for pre-sleep reading or relaxation.
Controls and personalization: there are seven built-in alarm tones with adjustable volume and duration. Everything is controlled with labeled physical buttons and dials — no downloads or subscriptions required — making setup and daily use direct and immediate.

Helps me wake up comfortably
The lamp fills the room without the sounds being sharp. Setup was straightforward and the color/brightness options are useful. I keep a low red glow at night and it’s perfect for the shelf.

Attractive, effective morning light
I really like this clock — the sunrise brightness and display dimmer are excellent. It took a bit of tweaking to find the right light duration and birdsong volume, but now I wake at 5:30 feeling more rested. The calming alarm choices are a nice change from harsh beeps.

Works well but awkward in total dark
Light ramping and sound choices are solid, and it looks nice. My main gripe is having to reach up and guess buttons in a dark room to enable Bluetooth or set a mood color — I often have to switch a lamp on first.

Fantastic sound machine and night light
I hadn’t realized I’d get a full sound machine too — the night light is what we use most. Because our schedules vary we still use phone alarms sometimes, but this is perfect for naps and relaxation.

All the features without an app
Very impressed — it goes very dim or very bright, BT speaker works well, and there are plenty of lullabies and ambient sounds. The sunrise with birds helped our small child wake up on a routine again.

Kid-friendly with clear buttons
Perfect for children — lots of dedicated buttons make it simple to operate. After a confusing cheap model, this one was easy for my 8‑year‑old to learn. The sunrise method really helps kids get up, especially in winter.

Strong performance; limited alarm tones
Sound quality is great. I wish the sleep sounds could double as alarm tones — most alarm options are bird-focused. Usually the light wakes me before the sound, which helps me stay up once I’m awake.

Most customizable alarm I've owned
After nearly a year of use it’s been flawless. Tons of noise and alarm options, Bluetooth for custom audio, and plenty of light and display settings. The sunrise feature is easy to adjust and consistently calming.

Sturdy but fiddly to program
Build quality is good, but the many buttons make initial setup tricky and it’s easy to change settings by accident.
