1-Inch Natural Bristle Chip Brushes — 24-Pack with Wood Handles
Product description
What’s included: twenty-four 1-inch chip brushes supplied as a value pack, intended for one-off uses and repetitive small jobs.
Bristle composition: natural-fiber bristles that retain liquids and spread paints, oils and varnishes evenly for general-purpose coverage.
Ferrule and handle: a coated steel ferrule clamps the bristles to a smooth, polished wooden handle for a reliable bond and a steady grip.
Dimensions and feel: each brush is approximately 1 inch wide, with a comfortable length that suits trim, narrow areas and small fixtures; the lightweight handles reduce hand fatigue during detail work.
Storage and use: every handle has a built-in hanging hole to store brushes bristle-up, preserving shape and saving shelf space; ideal for painting touch-ups, staining, varnish application, craft projects, plaster touch-in and dusting tasks.
Pros
- Natural bristles hold and spread coatings well
- Sturdy steel ferrule secures the head
- Comes in a convenient 24-piece bulk pack
Cons
- Not suited for ultra-smooth, finish-grade painting
- Bristles can splay in humid conditions
- Disposable-style quality means occasional shedding
VerdictA practical bulk kit for hobbyists, DIYers and workshops that need multiple disposable brushes. The natural bristles pick up and release coatings well, the metal ferrules keep the heads secure, and the wooden grips are comfortable for short runs of detailed work. Not engineered for flawless, furniture-grade finishes, but excellent value for touch-ups, staining, plaster work, art projects and jobs

Well made and versatile
Solid construction with comfortable handles and firm bristles. Each brush measures about 1" across and has a handy length that’s easy to control. Though intended to be disposable, they clean up well and work great for kids’ crafts, staining wood and classroom use. They hold oil nicely and are durable for repeated short tasks.

Affordable and practical for chores
These brushes work well for cleaning window tracks, applying varnish to frames, and other household chores where you don’t want to worry about washing a brush. They aren’t ideal for fine-detail painting because occasional hairs can detach, but for one-off jobs and quick touch-ups they are very practical and inexpensive.

Handy little brushes for the shop
Chip brushes are different from precision brushes—some hairs can come loose, but they’re terrific for spreading glue, doing small paint jobs, or brushing away splinters. The wooden handles are plain but functional and include a hanging hole. The bristle tips are soft and a bit fluffy, and most bristles stayed put with just a couple exceptions.

Disposable but performed well
I expected more shedding, but the brush I used held together fine. One thing I noticed was the bristles tended to fan out instead of sticking tight when loaded, which affected clean edge work. I used one brush with tung oil on a reed basket and discarded it afterward. If the rest behave the same, this is a solid value for a box of throwaway brushes.

Perfect workshop supply
These 1" brushes have been a great addition to my shop. The natural hairs lay paint down evenly, and the coated ferrule prevents loose strands. They’re convenient for small parts and quick jobs—use and toss without cleanup. Quality is surprisingly good for disposable-style brushes.

Useful bulk set for small projects
This 24-count pack is handy to keep around for touch-ups, trim work, crafts and general cleanup. The narrow 1" profile is great for detailed spots where larger brushes are awkward. Natural bristles carry paint and varnish well, the ferrule holds the head firmly, and the wooden handles feel comfortable. The hanging hole is a nice storage feature. With so many brushes, you can dedicate some to specific materials—paint, glue, plaster or dusting—without worrying about cleaning them each time.

Great for basic DIY and touch-ups
Not the choice for a flawless, brushstroke-free finish, but these are excellent for everyday painting tasks, staining and craft work. The 1" width is handy for corners and trim and the 24-pack means you can use fresh brushes for different materials or toss them when done.
