ROCKBROS Ventilated Cycling Gloves - SBR Padded, Touchscreen, Thumb Terry
Product description
What you get: a pair of ROCKBROS cycling gloves designed for regular riding on road or trail.
Materials and build: the outer shells use elastic nylon blended with spandex for a snug, flexible fit. The backs are cut from a ventilated mesh to promote airflow and reduce heat buildup during long rides.
Palm and padding: the palms are fitted with SBR shock-absorbing pads placed to minimize numbness and reduce vibration transfer from the handlebars.
Touchscreen and sweat management: the tips of the thumb and forefinger are touchscreen-compatible so you can operate a phone or smartwatch without removing the gloves. A terry cloth panel on the thumb is included to wipe sweat comfortably while you ride.
Sizing and fit: the gloves come in multiple sizes (S–XL) and rely on stretch for a close fit that conforms to the hand. They’re intended to be lightweight and form-fitting rather than bulky.
Use case: intended for mountain biking and road riding, these gloves combine breathability, palm cushioning and basic device compatibility to improve comfort on longer rides.
Pros
- Breathable mesh back keeps hands cool
- SBR palm pads reduce numbness and vibration
- Touchscreen fingertips and thumb terry for convenience
Cons
- Build quality can vary between pairs
- Some users report noticeable internal seams
- Not as heavy-duty as thick winter or downhill gloves
VerdictA breathable, lightweight glove built for everyday cycling — the elastic nylon/spandex construction and ventilated back keep hands cool, while SBR padding eases pressure on the palms. Touchscreen fingertips and a thumb terry add convenience. Fit and durability vary by user, so they suit riders seeking comfort and padding more than heavy-duty longevity.

Perfect for mountain rides
I wanted a lightweight, airy glove for MTB and these deliver. The fabric slips on easily and the touchscreen tips work without removing them. Good value — I’ll pick up another pair.

Good grip and airflow
Solid grip and very breathable.

Uncomfortable, poor construction
The materials felt cheap and the gloves were uncomfortable. Internal seam lines run into the fingers and some protrude into the palm, which digs in. Overall a disappointing fit and finish.

Very comfortable with useful padding
These padded gloves make long rides far more comfortable. I normally wear large gloves and the L fits snugly. Full fingers give better sun and impact protection than my half-finger gloves. The thumb makes ringing my bell easier and the touchscreen tips on the thumb and index work well. The breathable back keeps my hands cool and the shock-absorbing pads really reduce cramping on long mountain rides. Highly recommended for a good fit and comfort.
