Fender Blues DeVille 10-Hole Harmonica — Key of C
Product description
Key of C, ten-hole diatonic.
Built with a molded PVC comb and precision phosphor bronze reeds, this Blues DeVille aims for a richer pitch and clear tone. The harmonica keeps a traditional 10-hole shape with black satin cover plates that echo classic styling. Reed plates are removable and replaceable, allowing swaps or upgrades to alter the instrument's voice.
The instrument ships in a vented hard plastic case for storage and protection. It’s intended for standard diatonic use—melodies, chordal backing and blues-style bends—where the bronze reeds and comb material help facilitate bending and consistent response. Routine cleaning is straightforward thanks to the non-porous comb material, and the compact hard case makes it easy to carry the harp to practice or gigs.

Excellent value and tone
I'm a novice player. Compared to my old Hohner Special 20 this one felt easier to bend and vibrated differently right out of the box. If you’re choosing between the cheaper and this model, it’s worth spending a bit more.

Big sound from a small harp
Treated myself to this little Fender and it sounds great. I keep it in a soft bag for daily carry even though it comes with a hard case. Very pleased with the tone.

Very playable for beginners
I’ve bought two of these as a learner. They play well and are bright—likely due to the bronze reeds. The plastic comb rinses clean; let it air dry. Gold-on-black looks sharp. Bending became manageable once I learned the technique. Holes aren’t numbered but that wasn’t a problem. The hard case is handy and reed plates are available for tweaks. For lessons I like Adam Gussow’s videos.

Sturdy and attractive
A touch tricky to isolate single notes, but great for chords. Nice weight, solid build and it looks good.

Solid build and quick replacement
The harp sounded great but one hole had a draw issue after a couple of weeks. I returned it and the seller sent a brand-new replacement within 48 hours. The new one works perfectly; good for beginners and experienced players alike.
