Sizing details: All listed dimensions are SHADE SIZE and we ship the true shade size you select. For example, ordering 30"W x 72"H yields a shade exactly that size; no deductions are made. For an inside mount, make the shade 0.25–0.5" narrower than the window opening and ensure the shade height is at least as tall as the window. For outside mounting, add a minimum of 4" to both width and height. If your needed size is not listed, choose the Custom Size option.
Thermal and acoustic benefits: The 1.5" honeycomb cells form an insulating air pocket that slows heat flow and helps keep rooms cooler or warmer as needed. The cellular structure also absorbs some sound, helping reduce ambient noise from outside.
