Hesitant so far
Fast shipping, but I’m having the tape jam occasionally and will need to contact support in a couple days to troubleshoot.

Highly recommend for home labeling
Small and handy — just the right compact size. Very simple to operate, with font size choices, and it came with extra tapes which was a nice bonus.

Works well but supplied tapes are frustrating
Unit prints fine despite the compact keyboard. The four bonus rolls are hard to peel and lack the split-back convenience; I ended up ordering different cartridges.

Replacing an older P-Touch
Picked this up after thinking my PT-65 was dead; I’ll donate the old unit. Setup was easy with the manual handy. Note: the older model used AA batteries, this one takes four AAA.

A must-have for many tasks
Bought for work and it’s been indispensable. Prints clear labels for shelves, medication bottles, treatment carts, lockers and personal drawers. Batteries still going after months. Makes things look neater than handwritten tags.
