Aquapella EVA Foam Swim Kickboard — Adult & Kids Training Aid
Product description
Includes one Aquapella swimming kickboard with user instructions illustrated to guide stroke practice and kicking drills.
Constructed from non-toxic EVA foam that is free of phthalates and formaldehyde, the board is designed to avoid exposing users to harmful chemicals while providing comfortable buoyancy.
Dimensions: 17.5 x 12 x 1 inches (44.4 x 30.4 x 2.5 cm). Weight: approximately 0.66 lb (0.3 kg). This sizable, thick board offers enough lift for adults and older children to focus on leg technique while remaining stable in the water.
The material is formulated to resist chlorinated water and sun damage so the kickboard maintains color and integrity through repeated pool sessions and outdoor use.
Backed by a 90-day warranty covering manufacturer defects — the maker supports the product and stands behind its quality.
Pros
- Non-toxic EVA foam construction
- Large, buoyant surface for kicking drills
- Chlorine and sun resistant
Cons
- Single size may not suit every swimmer
- Not tailored for advanced resistance training
- Smaller kids might prefer different flotation shapes
VerdictA dependable kickboard for learners and casual swimmers: roomy enough for adult use, lightweight for travel, and built from phthalate- and formaldehyde-free EVA foam. It holds up to regular pool and open-water sessions, resists chlorine and sun exposure, and includes picture-based instructions to improve kicking and stroke drills. Best for recreational training rather than elite-level, specialized

Kids learned to kick straight
These boards have been great for lessons. The kids enjoy using them and they’ve helped with kicking technique and staying on course.

Keeps young kids going
Bought pink and blue for our kids; the 5- and 8-year-old stayed afloat while kicking. Adults won’t get much lift, but the boards seem tougher than noodles and colors haven’t faded so far.

Perfect travel training board
We brought this compact board to Mexico and it was handy for the beach and hotel pool. My 13-year-old found it a touch small but still used it to catch waves. Easy to pack and carried every day.

Better for smaller children
My son is slightly too big for it but he still enjoyed playing with it. It’s durable and easy to carry; I’d recommend it more for smaller kids than teens.

Good for casual swimmers
Solid beginner board with a versatile shape and decent buoyancy. Lightweight and durable, though advanced swimmers may want a more specialized training board.

Reliable for open-water laps
I use it on lake swims for extra safety and it’s lightweight enough to place under my torso for mixed stroke work. Comfortable and useful for distance sessions.
