Recipe FAQ's

Can we Use Chicken Breast Instead Of Thighs?

Yes, you can. Chicken breast works well too, though thighs stay juicier and more flavorful after baking. If using breast, just be careful not to overcook it when searing.

Can we Use A Different Cheese?

Absolutely. Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or even a blend of both work great in place of mozzarella. Use what you love or what's already in your fridge.

What If we Don't Have Stand-And-Stuff Shells?

You can gently nest regular taco shells against each other in the baking dish to help them stay upright, or use a muffin tin to hold them in place while baking.

  2. Heat the oil in a skillet or pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add the chicken and sear until golden and crisp.
