Coombs Family Farms Organic Dark Grade A Maple Syrup — 12 fl oz
Product description
Grade A Dark Color (formerly labeled Grade B) maple syrup is harvested later in the sugaring season, when warmer days and longer sunlight give the sap a richer flavor. Because the sap at this stage is less concentrated, it takes more sap to make a gallon, yielding a darker color and a more intense maple taste than the lighter Amber/Rich grade.
This product is certified organic and produced by a multi-generational farm that avoids pesticides and synthetic chemicals, making it a choice intended to be better for the forest and for consumers. The syrup arrives in a 12 fl oz glass bottle—easy to pour and simple to rinse and reuse.
Use this Dark Grade A syrup as a robust table topping for pancakes, waffles, or oatmeal, or incorporate it into recipes where a pronounced maple presence is desired: glazes for meats, baking, or savory sauces. It’s 100% pure maple syrup, crafted the traditional way by a family-run operation with a long history of maple production.

Unmistakably real maple
I can tell this is genuine maple from the trees. The farm-fresh profile is clear, and I won't go back to corn syrup imitators. Quality is excellent.

A solid substitute for farmers market syrup
If a farmers market isn’t an option, this is a fine alternative. Growing up I used the big brands but many include corn syrup. In baking or other uses you’ll notice it behaves differently than corn-syrup blends. I enjoy it on Greek yogurt, cereal, or French toast. When the bottle is nearly empty I add hot water, shake, and drink the last bit. I also like that it’s bottled in glass.
